The Administration of the JCPD consists of the Chief of Police, a Captain, and an Administrative Lieutenant. They work as a team to ensure the department is providing the best professional law enforcement and public safety service for our residents, businesses, and visitors of the Village of Johnson City while performing the overall executive functions to manage the agency on a day-to-day basis. This includes directing activities in order to accomplish the mission, vision, and values of the agency, and to ensure that the department resources are used in the most efficient, effective, and transparent manner.
