After logging in:
Each permit can accommodate up to five (5) vehicles.
Recommended Setup:
This ensures all selected vehicles are attached to the same permit.
If you do not currently have five vehicles:
You may add temporary placeholder vehicles. These can be edited later when actual vehicle information becomes available.
To avoid creating additional permits and charges, always use the Shared Permit feature.
Do NOT assign permits individually to vehicles, as this creates separate permits and separate billing.
Adding a Vehicle to an Existing Shared PermitIf you need to add a vehicle later:
This links the vehicle to the existing permit and prevents additional charges.
When employees, residents, or vehicles change, EDIT the existing vehicle record rather than deleting and creating a new one.
Editing an existing record preserves the permit assignment and billing cycle.
