FLEET PERMIT GUIDE

Access Your Online Account

You will receive a separate automated email with instructions for setting up your online account. To access your account in the future:

  1. Go to: www.villageofjc.com/parking (bookmark this page)
  2. Click Login
  3. Click Manage Fleet
  4. Sign in to manage vehicles, permits, and billing

Payment Methods

 After logging in:

  1. Click Billing in the lower-right corner of the vehicle listing page.
  2. Enter a credit card for automatic monthly permit renewal.
  3. This is also where you can update your payment information at any time.

Managing Vehicles

Each permit can accommodate up to five (5) vehicles.

Recommended Setup:

  1. Add all vehicles to your fleet first.
  2. Select the vehicles you wish to include.
  3. Click + Add Shared Permit.

This ensures all selected vehicles are attached to the same permit.


If you do not currently have five vehicles:

You may add temporary placeholder vehicles. These can be edited later when actual vehicle information becomes available. 

Use Shared Permits (Important)

To avoid creating additional permits and charges, always use the Shared Permit feature.


Do NOT assign permits individually to vehicles, as this creates separate permits and separate billing.


Adding a Vehicle to an Existing Shared PermitIf you need to add a vehicle later:

  1. Add the new vehicle to your fleet.
  2. Open the existing shared permit.
  3. Click the "+" icon in the upper-right corner.
    1. NOTE: If the permit already has 5 vehicles assigned to it, the + will not appear.
  4. Select Add Vehicle.
  5. Choose the vehicle from the list.
  6. Click Save.


This links the vehicle to the existing permit and prevents additional charges. 

Updating Vehicle Information

When employees, residents, or vehicles change, EDIT the existing vehicle record rather than deleting and creating a new one.

Editing an existing record preserves the permit assignment and billing cycle.


To update vehicle information:

  1. Log in and select Manage Fleet.
  2. Click the pencil/edit icon next to the vehicle.
  3. Update the license plate or vehicle details.
  4. Click Save.
